At Judy Blue, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your denim, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all seasonal clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Denim

  Place your items in the original mailer or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
